RETURNS:

According to Art. 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) on consumer rights, you have the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment. To return or make a complaint about the goods purchased from us, please fill out the Return/Complaint Form and then send it to shop@wearjusi.com (in the title RETURN/COMPLAINT). The return shipment with the product should be sent at your own expense to the address provided in the form. You can return the goods via any courier company. Keep the tracking number after the package is shipped. The JUSI store does not accept cash on delivery returns, the amount due is sent to the customer, after accepting the return, to the bank account provided by him, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods and the correct consumer account number. Topolowa 7a, 05-830 Strzeniówka tel. 604 431 964 The refund for the goods takes place in the same form as when making the purchase within 14 days of acceptance of the return or positive consideration of the complaint.

COMPLAINTS:

All goods purchased in the JUSI store are subject to the 24-month seller's liability rule, counted from the date of receipt of the package with the purchased product. Damage caused by the user as a result of improper use and care not in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and defects caused by improper storage, use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, mechanical damage or random events are not subject to the complaint. In order to submit a complaint, print and fill in the complaint form RETURN / COMPLAINT FORM, attach it to the product together with the proof of purchase and send it to our address: JUSI Justyna Stańdo Sp. z o.o. ul. Topolowa 7a, 05-830 Strzeniówka tel. 604 431 964 days from receipt of the return shipment. The condition for retaining the right to make a complaint is notification of the defect immediately after its detection. Returns/complaints without a form or lack of information about the order number and the returned product will not be accepted. Place the completed return form together with the goods you want to return. Attach the proof of purchase of the product (invoice / receipt) to the shipment. The parties exclude the seller's liability under the warranty for non-consumer purchases.
